Technical Data
Weight Range Maximum up to 25kg.
Minimum dependent on product characteristics but nominally 2.5kg.
Capacity Minimum 8.5 litre and Maximum 45 litre weighpan available as standard.
Weighpan size selected to suit largest volume per weighment.
Speed/Accuracy Dependent on the product characteristics. We will be pleased to conduct trials with customers products and issue a report on our findings, or to estimate performance based on our experience.

Electrical 230V AC, 1 phase, 50Hz, 8amp (other voltages available on request)
Electrical supply must be stable and free from interference and fluctuations.
Compressed Air Approximately 20 litres per minute @ 5bar. Air must be clean and dry, no lubrication required.
All machines are fitted with an appropriate filter regulator unit.
Dimensions Approximately 1500mm long x 550mm wide x 1500mm high.
(Depending on application requirements, a dimensional drawing can be supplied as necessary).
Weight Approx 150kg (Depending on specification)

Standard Equipment All machines are supplied with a suitable product hopper and outlet chute with one size extension as appropriate, together with a footswitch for manual operation or a weight complete relay for automatic operation.
Optional Equipment
  • Floor mounting stands, or mounting sub frames to suit ancillary equipment all in stainless steel.
  • Electronic synchronisation units for multiple installations and fully automatic operation with ancillary equipment.
  • Additional vibratory feeders for difficult to handle products.
  • Hopper product level detectors, to control product in-feed systems.
  • Special contact parts and coatings to minimise product adhesion and corrosive effects.
  • Dust covers.
  • Data link to central computer systems*.
  • Printout of statistical information*.
