Technical Data
Weight Range	Maximum up to 50kg. Minimum dependent on product characteristics and container sizes but nominally 5kg.
Capacity	Most types of standard sacks can be filled, the sack clamp can be adapted to suit a variety of sizes.
Speed/Accuracy	Dependent on the product characteristics. We will be pleased to conduct trials with customers products and issue a report on our findings, or to estimate performance based on our experience
Control Systems	Various options available. Please see separate data sheets
Electrical	230V AC, 1 phase, 50Hz, 6amp (other voltages available on request). Electrical supply must be stable and free from interference and fluctuations.
Compressed Air	Approximately 25 litres per minute @ 5bar. Air must be clean and dry, no lubrication required. All machines are fitted with an appropriate filter regulator unit.
Dimensions	Approximately 1200mm long x 520mm wide x 1050mm high. (Depending on application requirements, a dimensional drawing can be supplied as necessary).
Weight	Approx 100kg (Depending on specification)

General
Standard Equipment	All machines are supplied with a suitable product infeed hopper together with a footswitch for manual operation.
Optional Equipment	Floor mounting stands, or mounting sub frames to suit ancillary equipment all in stainless steel. Choice of feed systems to suit product: Standard electro-magnetic vibratory feeder(s) can be replaced by a gravity, screw or belt feed system. Hopper product level detectors, to control product in-feed systems. Special contact parts and coatings to minimise product adhesion and corrosive effects. Special dust proof clamps. Dust covers.
