The new ‘Solo’ entry level machine has been designed predominantly for use with dry, free flowing, low piece weight product such as snack foods and is capable of weightments up to 2kg. Made from 304 grade Stainless steel throughout. The machine itself has been constructed with an attractive satin finish for hygiene, durability and aesthetic purposes. With its pneumatically activated weigh pan and gating system the machine can be supplied for immediate connection onto a customer’s existing air supply or with its own stand alone miniature air compressor.
Its simplicity provides low maintenance and the machine is easily ‘stripped down’ in order for it to be cleaned, only taking a matter of minutes, making it versatile for product changeover, keeping down time to an absolute minimum.
Supplied as standard with the Easiweigh ’Pulse Lite’ control system. Features include: 10 product recall facility, average and minimum weight control & automatic trending control.
Easiweigh can also custom build floorstands and product outlet chutes on request to meet customer specific product containers and needs dependant on individual requirements.
