Models Two versions are available
ACE 1V has a single vibratory feeder
ACE 2V has a twin vibratory feed system with integral fine feed shelf in the front tray.
Weight Range Maximum up to 2kg (As standard - other ranges available).
Minimum dependent on product characteristics but nominally 25g
Capacity Approx 3.5 litre weighpan size as standard.
Speed/Accuracy Dependent on the product characteristics. We will be pleased to conduct trials with customers products and issue a report on our findings, or to estimate performance based on our experience
Control Systems Digital, microprocessor controlled weighing indicator. Manual potentiometer control of vibrator speeds etc. Please see separate data sheet for further details.
Electrical 230V AC, 1 phase, 50 Hz, 5 amp (other voltages available on request)
Electrical supply must be stable and free from interference and fluctuations.

General
Standard Equipment All machines are supplied with a suitable product hopper and outlet chute with one size extension as appropriate, together with a footswitch for manual operation or a weight complete relay for automatic operation.

Optional Equipment
  • Floor mounting stands, or mounting sub frames to suit ancillary equipment all in stainless steel.
  • Electronic synchronisation units for multiple installations and fully automatic operation with ancillary equipment.
  • Hopper product level detectors, to control product in-feed systems

The ACE equipment offers not only accuracy and reliability but has been designed so that setting and operating is straightforward, requiring a minimum of skill and expertise.
